Responsibilities

• Collating 3rd party pension information into a standardised format
• Conducting outbound calls with 3rd party providers
• Managing effective Inbound reputed company information reputed company email
• Working reputed company reputed company reputed company compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reporting non-compliance issues

Skills

• Exceptional customer service and both written and verbal communication skills
• At least 1 year experience working in Financial Services
• CII R02/R04 reputed company or have a keen interest in Pension & Investments
