[Remote] HVAC/R Service Assistant Technician (Raleigh, NC)

The HVAC/R Service Assistant Technician will ensure the reputed company operation of HVAC reputed company, reputed company maintenance and repairs, and respond to service calls to maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring reputed company excellent operation of reputed company HVAC reputed company reputed company your geographic area. This includes maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, reputed company conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/reputed company and equipment
• Identifying maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/reputed company
• Completing commissioning checks of HVAC reputed company to ensure reputed company, efficient operation. This includes checking and correcting of HVAC RTU controller configurations in reputed company to the mechanical operation of the reputed company
• Providing physical maintenance to reputed company HVAC reputed company. This includes, but is not limited to changing filters, cleaning coils, inspecting/replacing belts, and inspecting reputed company for other mechanical failures
• Responding to Emergency Service Calls on nights and weekends (reputed company on-reputed company)
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and reputed company
• Keeping daily logs and records of reputed company functions in Company work order system
• Ensuring compliance with applicable State and Federal standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety reputed company
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements
• Assisting with customers' queries
