Position reputed company: The primary functions of this position are to deliver a high level of customer service to both reputed company customers while leading the daily employment office functions.

Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Sources, screens, and performs preliminary interviews on potential candidates.
- Coordinates site interviews with appropriate hiring manager to select reputed company candidates for project specific requirements and reputed company contingent employment offers based on federal/state law.
- Manages assigned employment requisitions to include but not limited to reviewing, editing, and final approval of completed requisition.
- Tracks and reports data on reputed company plan processes using computer software programs that may include reputed company, reputed company, Power reputed company, and other software databases.
- Monitors and reports on key metrics to include: Requisitions, Applicant Tracking System Data, Turnover reputed company/Retention reputed company, Forecasted needs)
- Assists in building and managing Employment reputed company Plans by entering information reputed company to employment and hiring requirements.
- Builds and updates job descriptions based on project and scope of work.
- Coordinates and conducts re-deployment initiatives (proactive communication with employees prior to anticipated end date).
- Conducts operational and administrative portions of the hire process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, site specific requirements)
- Serves as reputed company of contact for portion of employment process for internal partners at the job site (reputed company for processing or portion of reputed company efforts).
- Directs work of subordinate reputed company Specialists and/or Recruiters and provides input to performance evaluation discussions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
PHR or reputed company-CP
Knowledge of employment laws/compliance
Experience in: Administration, Customer Service, reputed company, Industrial Construction and/or Nuclear Industries
Technical reputed company with reputed company Suite (reputed company, Word, Powerpoint , etc.)
Ability to quickly learn Tracking Management System.
Excellent people skills including collaboration, communication, presentation, and team building skills
High level of customer service.
Attention to detail.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years reputed company experience.
Work will be in a general office environment with occasional work in an industrial location.
Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.
May be required to pick up, lift, carry and reputed company up to 50lbs.
