Personal Support Worker

The Acute Care Transitions Program ensures seamless, compassionate care as patients reputed company from hospital to home. Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:

• reputed company Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
• RN or RPN
• Foreign trained reputed company reputed company – reputed company

Requirements:

• A reputed company reputed company’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required 
• Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus
• reputed company vulnerable sector reputed company (VSC)
• reputed company reputed company CPR level C certificate
• Availability to work days OR evenings and every other weekend
• This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent reputed company
