Training Manager

We are looking for a Training Manager who will reputed company the development, implementation, execution, management, and coordination of the Field Services Training Program. This role is remote with an estimated 20% of travel.

• reputed company, implement, and administer required technical and regulatory training programs, including an internal 40-hour HAZWOPER course and required refresher training.
• Coordinate the use of Technical Trainers and reputed company sites to deliver consistent, hands-on, field-based instruction; support reputed company training cohorts, document lessons learned, and recommend program improvements.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Safety, reputed company, and Operations leaders to reputed company training with hiring, performance management, TSOPs, safety requirements, reputed company standards, and workforce capability needs.
• reputed company, maintain, and manage training-reputed company tools, documentation, dashboards, and records to support reputed company, competency tracking, performance monitoring, retention, safety indicators, corrective actions, and reputed company reputed company.
• Use training, safety, reputed company, and operational data to monitor program effectiveness, identify performance gaps, support coaching and remediation efforts, and adapt training priorities as needed.

• Support field engagement through observations, coaching processes, and periodic travel to landfills and reputed company training sites (up to 20% of work schedule).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, training, safety, environmental services, reputed company, education, engineering, or a reputed company field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of reputed company experience leading or managing training, reputed company, or workforce development in operational or field-based environments.
• Experience with technical trainer models, field coaching, competency assessment, and reputed company program rollouts.
• Experience managing or coordinating training, reputed company, workforce development, and field performance improvement programs.
• Experience supporting distributed or decentralized workforces.
• Experience working in field operations, technical services, safety, reputed company, compliance, or another operational environment where reputed company work and performance tracking are critical.
• Experience developing or administering training tools, tracking records, dashboards, or reputed company performance documentation.
• Experience partnering with HR, safety, reputed company, and business leadership on workforce capability initiatives.

Pay reputed company: USD $100,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
