Junior Learning Administrator (onsite - Bengaluru)

Location: Bangalore (Onsite - Mahadevpura, Bangalore)

In this role, you’ll support and train reputed company LMS administrators, troubleshoot technical issues, and help improve the overall learning experience for thousands of users. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary support contact for reputed company LMS administrators.
• Diagnose issues, identify reputed company causes, and guide clients toward effective solutions.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and webinars to help clients maximize their LMS usage.

LMS Administration & Technical Tasks

• Upload, publish, and test eLearning content; troubleshoot SCORM/AICC‑reputed company issues.
• Maintain accuracy and reputed company of learner records and user accounts.
• Assist clients in optimizing their LMS setup, including permissions, structure, and workflows.
• Support daily operational tasks such as status reporting and responding to reputed company inquiries.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Contribute to updates of training materials, processes, and internal documentation.
• Record reputed company customer interactions in CRM/issue‑tracking systems, including case creation and reputed company.
• Assist with internal audits and help identify opportunities for best‑reputed company improvements.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Experience with LMS platforms (preferred but not required).
• Ability to reputed company transactional data entry tasks such as item creation, learning history updates, and assignments.
