This remote Project Manager is responsible for tracking, expediting, and reporting on physical reputed company project tasks supporting hyperscale construction and data center initiatives. This role works in reputed company partnership with construction teams, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical reputed company activities are reputed company managed and reputed company communicated.

The ideal candidate is a construction-reputed company Project Manager with strong project controls discipline, the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, reputed company build environments, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. Experience managing physical reputed company systems reputed company construction programs is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Project Controls & Delivery

• Manage, reputed company, and expedite physical reputed company project tasks across hyperscale construction and data center build programs.
• Coordinate with construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to monitor critical reputed company and critical chain activities.
• reputed company milestones, dependencies, and handoffs to ensure alignment with overall construction schedules.
• Maintain detailed project issue and risk logs, driving reputed company follow-up, mitigation, and escalation.
• Identify construction-reputed company risks, constraints, or reputed company issues and proactively drive reputed company.

Project Tracking, Reporting & Documentation

• Support system-based project tracking and documentation (project management system experience preferred).

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent experience).
• Construction project experience strongly preferred
• Physical reputed company project experience strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skills.
• Effective presentation, reporting, and documentation capabilities.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, reputed company construction environments.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
