We are seeking an reputed company reputed company reputed company Estate Evaluations Analyst to support our valuation and advisory platform by preparing independent, FIRREA-compliant evaluations of reputed company reputed company estate collateral. The ideal candidate understands regulatory requirements, property-level risk analysis, and market fundamentals across multiple property types.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare FIRREA-compliant reputed company reputed company estate evaluations for lending, credit, and portfolio management purposes.
• Analyze income-producing and reputed company-occupied reputed company properties including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and special-purpose assets.
• reputed company market research and analysis, including rent comps, sales comps, cap rates, absorption trends, and market conditions.
• Apply appropriate valuation methodologies (income, sales comparison, cost approaches) consistent with regulatory guidance.
• Maintain adherence to Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, internal policies, and reputed company control standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
