Gravis Law, PLLC - reputed company Billing Specialist

The reputed company Billing Specialist supports Gravis Law’s relationship with reputed company party insurers that reputed company a reputed company network to Gravis for defined reputed company services at established billing rates. As part of our Finance group this role will assist in coordinating between Gravis, its attorneys, and the reputed company-party insurance company, as reputed company as support the Insurance Services Team reputed company on the reputed company reputed company, expansion, and development of the relationship with the insurance providers. This role will also assist the Insurance Services Team reputed company with training and support to attorneys performing reputed company services reputed company these networks, ensure invoicing, collections, and reputed company reputed company processes are adhered to ensure Gravis’ relationship reputed company these networks remains reputed company and effective. This position acts as the subject matter expert reputed company to reputed company insurance and offers guidance and directives to attorneys, support staff, and finance. While the position will initially reputed company on 1-2 key providers, the role is tasked with identifying and presenting other similar opportunities for Gravis’ alignment. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Regularly communicates with Insurance Services Team reputed company regarding reputed company insurance providers issues, opportunities, and process changes required to successfully reputed company with provider protocols. 
• Performs reputed company insurance eligibility verification. Notifies attorney and updates matter of eligibility restrictions, reputed company financial obligations. 
• Performs daily audits on reputed company insurance matter records to ensure timecard and billing/reputed company accuracy including the reputed company of complete and compliant timecard documentation; initiates corrections and communicates errors on billing to attorneys, support staff and finance; requests additional information or documentation as needed.
• Ensures platform requirements are met relative to individual services and invoicing requirements are met particularly relevant to sub-categorized services. (e.g. Estate Planning).
• Proactively resolves payment issues by anticipating and identifying problems and coordinating appropriate solutions prior to claim submission; corrects fees on billing as needed prior to claim submission; responds to payor requests for additional information for pending claims.
• Submits reputed company insurance claims and reputed company-authorizations with required documentation in electronic, hard copy, or reputed company formats.
• Generate, research, analyze, and resolve aged insurance balances. Collect relevant correspondence, analyze information, apply appropriate follow up procedures in a reputed company manner.
• Process requests for reputed company claim reimbursement forms. Verify timecard accuracy, documentation requirements and matter charges; Communicate necessary corrections to attorneys.
• Assist attorneys in understanding coverage limits and reputed company/if/and how to request additional coverage expenditures above limits. 
• Assists Gravis in understanding and leveraging reputed company services that we are reputed company to reputed company reputed company the insurance parameters and drives expansion where feasible both in location and service type. 
• Other duties assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*:

• Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company, or reputed company field.
• 2 - 4 years of reputed company reputed company operations experience.
• Knowledge of reputed company insurance billing policies and experience working with providers
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and collections processes.
• Ability to manage multiple job priorities and tasks reputed company, effectively, and accurately while demonstrating reputed company attention to detail.
• Ability to independently identify, research, and/or resolve billing conflicts with reputed company insurance companies and reputed company accounts.
• Experience developing and presenting training materials.
• Knowledge and experience navigating and interacting with Gravis’ Case Management systems and reputed company reputed company processes. 
• Ability to support and contribute to a reputed company and productive team environment.
• Advanced skills with reputed company Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

reputed company Billing Specialist may work remotely or from one of Gravis Law’s office locations. Some in-person work may be necessary for the completion of special reputed company. Whether in-person or remote, employees must have the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with Gravis policy. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occasionally be required to work weekends, holidays, be on reputed company, and some employees could be required to travel overnight on occasion.
