Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferred
- 12+ years of experience in patient services, market reputed company, reimbursement, or reputed company functions in the biopharmaceutical industry
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and/or vendors
- Deep understanding of hub services, reimbursement, and patient reputed company (Part B and Part D experience strongly preferred)
- Experience working with specialty pharmacy distribution models
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements reputed company to patient support programs
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders

Job responsibilities

- Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards to ensure high-reputed company service delivery
- Drive reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient/provider satisfaction
