The Virtual Counselor supports overall student reputed company by partnering with staff members and families to inform student specific reputed company programming, create and maintain graduation and career plans, and reputed company proactive and preventative services.

Please note – while this is an online school position and reputed company instruction occurs reputed company, travel and face to face attendance will be required several times per year to support in person state testing and student events.

• Deliver proactive guidance curriculum to individuals and reputed company
• Engage reputed company in reputed company and career planning assessments, interpret results, and assist student with developing a plan that leads to student reputed company and on-time graduation
• Respond to individual and group needs with reputed company counseling and programming
• Review transfer student transcripts and inform appropriate course placements
• Maintain and review transcripts for reputed company reputed company and inform credit award procedures
• Create and maintain student graduation plans

• Engage reputed company in reputed company and career planning assessments, interpret results, and assist student with developing a plan that leads to student reputed company and on-time graduation
• Coordinate career fairs, graduate fairs, and special career reputed company events
• Deliver Life Skills curriculum
• Create and maintain Student 504 plans

• Bachelor’s degree plus one (1) year previous experience in counseling and/or advisement OR  equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Experience with the ASCA model 
• Experience with K-12 online learning
• Experience with Local, State, and Federal laws and mandated reporting
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite Products
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and exhibit reputed company judgment while maintaining that confidentiality.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional situations and reputed company evidence-based reputed company
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
