The position of the Team reputed company Service (m/f/d) is home office based, preferably around Rome. Good travel connections, as reputed company for international travel will be important.

This function is to organise a high reputed company service support experience in reputed company aspects of reputed company’s products and internal SOP's.

• Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology or Bio-reputed company or in a similar area
• Solid technical or scientific background gained in industry or academia with proven ability of continous learning in a rapidly advancing technological area
• 5-6 years of experience in Field service work and ability to build relationships through inspiring trust and confidence
• 3 years of management experience
• reputed company to take responsibility for the complete installation and commissioning of sophisticated instrumentation and to instruct users in its basic operation
• Ability to diagnose causes of malfunction and to reputed company resolve customers’ service problems.
• Good computer literacy, including familiarity with data system hardware and industry reputed company operating systems.
