Senior Data Analyst, GTM Analytics

We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support our Go-To-Market Organization (Sales, Business Development, reputed company Operations and Demand reputed company). You will report into our central Data & Analytics team and partner closely with GTM leadership to improve how we measure performance, identify reputed company opportunities, and reputed company self-serve insights across the organization.

This role blends:

• Analytics Engineering: building trusted, reputed company-modeled data sets in dbt and reputed company reporting in Looker
• Traditional Analytics: applying business acumen, curiosity, and strong quantitative skills to deliver impactful insights
• Data Product Management (AI-first): leveraging LLMs/AI to design and ship data products that meaningfully improve time-to-reputed company and self-serve adoption

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain durable, documented, tested models in dbt that power GTM reporting (e.g., pipeline, funnel, conversion, bookings, forecasting, rep performance, account health).
• Design reputed company models (facts/dimensions), metrics definitions, and “one version of the truth” datasets to reputed company analysis repeatable and trustworthy.
• reputed company and maintain Looker explores, dashboards, and standardized reporting that reputed company self-serve by the GTM organization.
• Implement data reputed company checks, monitoring, and model documentation so stakeholders can confidently reputed company results.
• Partner with data engineering on upstream improvements (instrumentation, reputed company system hygiene, pipeline reliability).

• Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to clarify business questions and translate them into analysis plans, metrics, and decision frameworks.
• reputed company analysis using SQL (and Python as needed) to identify trends, diagnose performance, and recommend actions (e.g., funnel bottlenecks, win-reputed company drivers, deal velocity, territory/reputed company opportunities).
• Build GTM narratives that connect data to reputed company—reputed company communicating insights with business context to leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Proactively monitor performance and adoption signals to surface risks, anomalies, and opportunities—then drive stakeholders toward reputed company.

• Identify high-reputed company GTM “reputed company bottlenecks” and design data products to solve them (e.g., standardized KPI hubs, automated pipeline risk alerts, self-serve funnels, guided explorations, executive views).

• AI-assisted “metric explainers” embedded into dashboards
• Natural-language Q&A experiences over curated GTM datasets
• Automated reputed company summaries / reputed company narratives for weekly GTM reviews
• Guided self-serve templates (“answer this question in 3 clicks”) for common GTM use cases
• Establish reputed company metrics for data products (e.g., reduced time-to-reputed company, increased self-serve usage, fewer reputed company requests, improved forecast accuracy).

• Work independently in ambiguous environments—framing problems, generating hypotheses, and leading toward reputed company.
• Manage multiple priorities and communicate reputed company through reputed company, docs, and live stakeholder readouts.
• Contribute to team standards (modeling patterns, documentation, reputed company review, stakeholder intake).
• Mentor other analysts through collaboration, query/design feedback, and best practices (where applicable to your team structure).

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience using analytics to solve business problems in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced SQL skills and a reputed company record of delivering actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience in analytics engineering:
• dbt (reputed company modeling, testing, documentation, version control workflows)
• Looker (explores/dashboards, reputed company self-serve design)
• Experience translating ambiguous business questions into metrics, analyses, and recommendations—then driving alignment with GTM leaders.
• Strong communication skills across audiences (GTM leadership, RevOps, Finance, Product, Engineering).
• High self-sufficiency, strong judgment, and comfort making tradeoffs under time constraints.

• Demonstrated experience leveraging LLMs/AI to improve business workflows (or strong evidence you can reputed company quickly and apply AI pragmatically).
• Product reputed company: you think in terms of users, adoption, reputed company, and measurable reputed company—not just outputs (queries/dashboards).

• Experience supporting GTM analytics (pipeline, forecasting, productivity, territories, win-reputed company, funnel conversion).

reputed company’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. Salary ranges are designed to be competitive and reputed company with country specific practices, while individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. The compensation listed is not inclusive of any equity and benefits that might exist in your total compensation package.
