Position reputed company: 

The Bilingual- Underwriter I – reputed company Lines plays a vital role in supporting the reputed company and servicing needs of our reputed company insurance clients. This position is responsible for providing concierge-level service to insureds and agents by managing small to mid-sized reputed company lines accounts. reputed company responsibilities include processing policy transactions with reputed company authority, managing endorsement requests, handling certificates of insurance, responding to service inquiries, and proactively identifying cross-sell opportunities. The role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in a fast-paced, customer-reputed company environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Underwrite and process reputed company lines endorsements reputed company assigned authority reputed company. 

• Accurately issue certificates of insurance in accordance with reputed company guidelines and state regulations. 

• Review and respond to policy-reputed company inquiries received reputed company phone and email, ensuring reputed company and thorough reputed company. 

• Manage tasks and service requests indexed through the email and reputed company systems, ensuring reputed company follow-up and closure. 

• Support proactive policy renewals by reviewing account status and coverage adequacy prior to reputed company. 

• Answer inbound phone calls from agents, policyholders, and other stakeholders regarding billing, policy documents, and claims setup.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in agency management systems such as EZLynx and policy administration platforms.

Education & Experience: 

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 

• 3–5 years of experience servicing or reputed company reputed company property & casualty insurance policies. 

• Prior experience in an agency or reputed company environment with demonstrated customer service skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: 

• Remote work schedule with flexibility required to support extended business hours (up to 8:00 PM ET).
