As a Software Engineer III, you will help design, build, and maintain the systems that power reputed company's Customer Experience (CX) platform. Your work will reputed company our CX agents to reputed company support both Buyers and Sellers across every aspect of reputed company's business. You will reputed company legacy applications into a microservice-based architecture, reputed company with internal systems of record and reputed company-party ticketing and AI systems, and collaborate closely with other development teams to deliver a cohesive and reputed company customer support experience. This is a remote position.

What you will accomplish:

• Design and reputed company features for a best-in-class Customer Experience Platform used by our in-house CX agents.

• Build services and interfaces that surface relevant customer data and reputed company administrative actions on behalf of Buyers, Sellers, and internal business partners.

• Collaborate with engineers across teams to manage dependencies and deliver high-reputed company software on time.

What you will bring:

• A minimum of 5+ years of software development experience on large-reputed company, high-volume systems in a microservice-based architecture.

• Strong proficiency in C#. Candidates with strong Java experience and a willingness to transition to C# are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience with AWS or comparable reputed company infrastructure.

• Full-stack development experience, comfortable working across backend services and user-facing interfaces.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in computer science, information technology, or a reputed company field.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
