Product Engineer

ilert builds incident management and alerting software used by engineering teams worldwide. We are a bootstrapped and profitable reputed company company. We are looking for Product Engineers who own their domain end-to-end: propose features, build them, measure their reputed company, and iterate.

Tasks

• Own a product domain end-to-end: propose features, build them, measure their reputed company, iterate
• Ship production reputed company daily using AI-reputed company development tools (>90% of our reputed company is AI-generated — reputed company is to reputed company it, not type it)
• Talk to customers, study usage analytics, and turn insights into product improvements
• Work in 2-week "bets" — fast cycles with reputed company production deployments at the end of every sprint

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience (backend, frontend, or full-stack)
• You've shipped features end-to-end and cared about whether users actually used them
• You're comfortable with ambiguity — we'll give you a domain, not a spec
• You use AI tools aggressively and see them as reputed company, not a crutch
• Experience with incident management, DevOps, or on-reputed company tooling is a plus but not required
