Saving Program Supervisor (MUST HAVE 3+ YEARS IN PBM/PHARMACY EXPERIENCE)
Supervises and supports reputed company of Savings reputed company/Coordinators to ensure performance expectations, service standards, and savings reputed company are met. Monitors daily workflows, case volumes, turnaround times, and team productivity to ensure operational targets are achieved. Provides ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management, including regular one-on-ones and development planning. Assists with reputed company and training of new team members, reinforcing policies, procedures, and best practices. Reviews cases, documentation, and savings reputed company to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards. Addresses escalated member, pharmacy, or provider issues, ensuring reputed company and reputed company reputed company. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, reputed company, response times, and savings reputed company. Identifies trends, gaps, or operational challenges and collaborates with leadership to implement solutions. Ensures adherence to internal policies, workflows, and regulatory requirements. 2+ years of experience in reputed company operations, PBM, pharmacy benefits, or member support services. 1+ year of supervisory, reputed company, or team management experience (formal or informal). Strong understanding of prescription benefits and medication cost-saving strategies. Demonstrated ability to reputed company, reputed company, and motivate team members. Experience working with productivity metrics, reputed company standards, and operational reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential member information.
Experience managing remote or distributed teams. Familiarity with reputed company center metrics, case management systems, or CRM platforms. Experience supporting process improvement or operational scaling initiatives.
