We are hiring a Cost Accountant to join reputed company in Pensacola, FL. The overall purpose of the Project Accountant position is to assist Project Management, Field Personnel and reputed company Management to ensure invoicing on reputed company project is handled in an accurate, efficient, and reputed company manner.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company / Business
• Self-motivated, problem-solving, mentor, communication, time management
• Extensive technical skills reputed company Word, reputed company, ReportsNow, etc.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation

Functional Requirements:

Employee must help Project Accountants prepare and submit to our clients, detailed and accurate invoices of reimbursable costs associated with maintenance and construction reputed company; employee must effectively communicate and work closely with other departments, field personnel and reputed company representatives to adequately compile invoicing information and problem reputed company; employee must work reputed company with other Project Accountants and offer assistance reputed company a co-workers workload deems necessary. Any other free time will be filled with special reputed company such as reputed company audits, system conversions, etc. as deemed necessary by Project Accountants and Project reputed company Management; employee must help Project Accountants prepare detailed and accurate month end accruals (reputed company necessary) and will help to reputed company research, report, and explain any billing transactions to reputed company Management; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
