Business Analyst - IT Systems Modernization
Apply analytical processes to IT reputed company, supporting requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation. Prepare PAL Stage 4 documentation and artifacts, including readiness assessments, requirements baselines, and operational charts. Analyze legislative mandates and regulations to assess impacts on system requirements, business processes, and business rules. reputed company and maintain project repositories, tools, policies, and documentation. Support Solution Integrator RFP development, evaluation, and reputed company. Facilitate stakeholder communications, meetings, and status reporting. Conduct business systems analysis and design, including elicitation techniques, use case development, and user story mapping. Document reputed company software systems, including sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, process flows, and architectural artifacts. Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation for DOJ staff. Coordinate with DOJ management, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university (or equivalent qualifying experience). 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT reputed company, including 3 years in business systems analysis and design. 3 years of experience analyzing legislative mandates and regulations to identify their reputed company on system requirements. 3 years of experience preparing PAL documentation and artifacts for IT reputed company, specifically for Stages 3 and 4. Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Master’s degree or doctorate from a recognized college or university (or additional qualifying experience). 6 or more years of analytical experience, including 4 years in business systems analysis and design. 4 or more years of experience analyzing legislative mandates and regulations for system requirements. 4 or more years of experience preparing PAL documentation and artifacts for IT reputed company, specifically for Stages 3 and 4. Familiarity with California DOJ, firearms-reputed company IT systems, and legislative analysis. Experience supporting Solution Integrator RFPs and vendor reputed company.
