As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, guiding customers through the online ordering process, resolving post-order inquiries, and utilizing software tools to efficiently address customer concerns. Our call center is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm, and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. Compensation is based on market location and may include additional benefits such as equity, sign-on payments, and other perks. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends, product availability, and promotions. * Guiding customers through the online ordering process. * Resolving post-order inquiries related to delivery, billing, and shipping. * Utilizing software tools to efficiently address customer concerns. * Assisting customers with both domestic and international issues by coordinating with shipping contractors. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Two or more years of experience in retail, service, or customer service. * Proficient in basic math and able to calculate refunds and discounts. * Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong ability to listen and interpret customer needs. * Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. * Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including shifts on weekends and evenings. * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. * Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment. * Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer. **Preferred Qualifications** Fluency in English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian is a plus. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that is committed to employee growth and development.
