**Job Summary**
We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Representatives for a 12-month temporary opportunity with a large local company. As an Overnight CSR, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our client's customers during late-night hours. After completing in-person, daytime training, you'll transition to a remote opportunity, working from the comfort of your own home with all necessary equipment provided.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle emergency outages and provide exceptional support to customers during late-night hours
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
* Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
* Analytical and computer literate with proficiency in Excel and Word
* 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience in customer service or call center environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or call center management
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
