As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our sellers and customers, providing reputed company service and support reputed company phone and email. You will work to resolve order-reputed company issues, investigate customer experience issues, and reputed company our order queue to reputed company reputed company-time assistance.
**Role Expectations**
In the first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, reputed company industry knowledge, and reputed company critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues. As you reputed company, you will:
* Investigate and resolve customer experience issues (60 days)
* Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers and reputed company our order queue (60 days)
* Continue learning and advancing your reputed company sets to reputed company individual and team goals (90 days)
* Manage in-bound seller calls and monitor reputed company and pending orders (90 days)

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a reputed company center or retail environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
