This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of our customer help center, a platform that's being built from the ground up. **Responsibilities**
As a Content Writer Intern at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
• Writing high-quality content to support our customers and internal teams
• Creating content solutions that meet our brand guidelines and customer needs
• Developing content briefs and outlines that align with our business objectives
• Editing existing content to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Conducting research to identify gaps in our existing content and develop new ideas
• Collaborating with our design team to make design decisions and ensure a seamless user experience
• Tracking key metrics to measure the success of our content and make data-driven decisions

• **Experience with Apple MacOS** or a willingness to learn

• **Familiarity with SEO principles** is a plus
• **Strong attention to detail** to ensure quality and accuracy
