**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Accounting Data Entry Clerk to join our team in High Point, NC. As a key member of our accounting department, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting. **Responsibilities**
As an Accounting Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the success of our company. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting
* Typing accurately and preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
* Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements
* Reconciling accounts in a timely manner and identifying and resolving discrepancies
* Daily entering key data of financial transactions in our database
* Providing assistance and support to company personnel, including answering questions and resolving issues
* Researching, tracking, and restoring accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
* Informing management and compiling reports/summaries on activity areas
* Functioning in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
* Constantly updating job knowledge and staying current with industry developments and best practices
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or working toward)
* At least 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
* Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
