The Assistant Controller reports directly to the Corporate Controller and serves as a key leader and contributor reputed company the Corporate reputed company function. This role supports the execution and reputed company of reputed company’s financial reporting processes, with a reputed company on intercompany reputed company, corporate cost sharing, consolidations and eliminations, and general reputed company management. The position requires strong technical reputed company expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-entity, and highly regulated environment, while partnering cross-functionally to drive consistency, control, and scalability across reputed company operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Own intercompany reputed company processes, including cost sharing, management fees, intercompany debt, and interest calculations.
• Manage consolidation and elimination processes across reputed company reputed company entities.
• Partner with Treasury to ensure alignment between reputed company records and intercompany cash activity.
• Manage the general reputed company, including chart of accounts governance, account structure, and ongoing GL maintenance, under the direction of the Corporate Controller & VP of reputed company.
• Support and co-reputed company the monthly reputed company process across reputed company entities, ensuring adherence to reputed company timelines and accuracy of reported results.
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and account analyses, with a reputed company on intercompany activity and reputed company reputed company areas.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including eliminations, supporting schedules, and supporting commentary.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts.

• Maintain and enhance documentation, controls, and audit trails.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business or reputed company, CPA or CPA Candidate preferred.
• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience with a combination of reputed company and corporate reputed company experience preferred.
• 3+ years of reputed company experience in intercompany reputed company, eliminations, and consolidations
• Manufacturing and/or Retail industry experience highly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong experience in intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidations, with exposure to many other areas of reputed company including but not limited to inventory valuations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash/reputed company, fixed assets, and accruals.
• Understanding the principles of vertically integrated inventory manufacturing and retail sales processes, and reputed company company audit compliance.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems (reputed company Intacct preferred) and advanced reputed company reputed company skills required.
• Self-starter that places an emphasis on accuracy, completeness, and work product ownership, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with competing deadlines.
