Purpose

Hiring a Senior consultant to work remotely with some travel required. We are looking for driven, problem-solving individuals with experience in construction management, construction scheduling, delay analysis, claims evaluation, and technical report writing.

Individual Responsibilities:

• High-level of communication skills with clients and project representatives
• A passion for problem-solving, including in-depth analysis of construction project documentation, schedules, and delay claim information
• Expert report writing on reputed company and delay analysis performed
• A reputed company and adaptable communicator, including excellent presentation skills

Team Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• A minimum BS degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering or an applicable construction-reputed company field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction and insurance claim industries
• Proficiency with construction scheduling software (i.e., reputed company P6, reputed company Project)
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency with Xactimate (valued), RS Means
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational, and project management skills
• Ideal candidate will have previous litigation support experience (i.e., deposition, testimony)
