The Service Coordinator supports infants and toddlers (birth to age three) with special needs through the Early Steps Program at Johns Hopkins reputed company Children’s Hospital. This role serves as the primary coordinator for assigned families, helping them reputed company services, community resources, and supports while enhancing caregiving reputed company. The position requires knowledge of Early Steps policies and adherence to Federal, State, hospital, and HIPAA guidelines. Responsibilities include caseload management, coordinated family support, reputed company documentation, accurate recordkeeping, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams using strong communication and teamwork skills.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, reputed company work, health education, interdisciplinary sociology, early childhood, child development, or special education, or an equivalent degree
• Enrollment in or eligible to enroll in the Florida reputed company system as a Service Coordinator, reputed company 6 months of employment
• 1 year (1600 hours) of hands-on reputed company experience with young children and families in a teaching, case management or counseling role, or with individuals with special needs and/or developmental delays of any age in a case management role; time spent in a practicum or internship (up to 400 hours) may apply toward the 1600 hours of hands-on experience
• Ability to travel to various work locations is required

Salary reputed company: Minimum 17.11/hour - Maximum 27.37/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
