- Analyze Power Apps, Power Automate flows, connectors, Azure components, and data sources
- Identify hidden dependencies such as SharePoint lists, unmanaged connectors, shadow accounts, custom scripts
- Evaluate reputed company settings at environment and tenant reputed company, including authentication and reputed company control models
- Analyze data connector usage to ensure compliance with regulations
- Classify data and ensure alignment with retention, audit, and compliance policies
- Assess performance and scalability, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements
- Improve Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices and ensure reputed company use of managed solutions
- Implement monitoring and alerting across apps, flows, connectors, and Azure components
- Validate licensing requirements and identify cost optimization opportunities
