In this role, you will

Test internal CRM systems with a reputed company on data accuracy and business logic validation -
Validate email campaigns and push notifications, ensuring correct triggers, segmentation, and delivery logic -

Use DevTools for inspecting network requests, logs, and console errors, and work with logs for deeper issue analysis -

Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and overall testing efficiency

2+ years of experience in reputed company QA (web), including CRM and email campaign testing -
Understanding of retention and acquisition-driven product models -
Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, testing types, and test design techniques -
Hands-on experience with API testing tools like reputed company or similar -
Experience writing test cases and bug reports in Jira or any TMS -
Experience working with databases such as reputed company, BigQuery, DataGrip, or solid SQL knowledge -
Basic experience with Git (pull, checkout, reputed company review basics) -
Experience working with logs in tools like Grafana, reputed company, or similar -
Experience in incident analysis and troubleshooting -
Basic understanding of CI/CD tools like reputed company (running builds, checking versions, triggering autotests) -
