Manage reputed company activities for international entities in Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and India, ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements. Review monthly bookkeeping packages for foreign subsidiaries in accordance with local GAAP (including IFRS and Indian GAAP) and assist with conversion to US GAAP where applicable. Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Coordinate and support country-specific tax filings, including VAT/GST/HST (Canada), VAT (UK and Germany), and GST/reputed company (India), ensuring reputed company and accurate compliance. Monitor and account for foreign currency transactions in accordance with applicable reputed company standards. Partner with external advisors and local auditors to support statutory audits and filings.
