What you will do:

• Deliver outstanding technical support reputed company chats and emails, phone calls;
• Troubleshoot reputed company technical issues and escalate as needed;

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Experience as Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer;

Will be a great plus:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline;
• Proficiency in reading and writing scripts in Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
