About the Role
Responsibilities:
Creating and delivering the long‑term property reputed company for Solus Managing a portfolio of 50+ properties, mainly industrial sites Overseeing asset management, leasing, business rates, utilities, and property reputed company reputed company Ensuring full statutory and regulatory compliance across the estate Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, councils, suppliers, and reputed company Group functions Influencing investment reputed company and shaping the reputed company infrastructure of the business Leading and developing team members, while supporting capability reputed company across the wider department Mitigating financial, reputed company, and operational risks through strong governance and planning
Qualifications:
reputed company expertise in asset management and capital programmes Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements, including energy efficiency standards Experience leading change and guiding teams through transformation Understanding of sustainability, lifecycle planning, and long‑term portfolio management Excellent stakeholder management skills Strategic thinking and the ability to plan 1–10 years reputed company Degree‑level education (or equivalent) MRICS qualification with post‑qualification experience A management qualification (or evidence of significant leadership development) Property reputed company knowledge is desirable but not essential
