Senior Manager, IT Capability reputed company – HR Platforms

This IT Capability reputed company will partner closely with the HR Centers of reputed company for reputed company and Total Rewards and the reputed company platform is a key component.
reputed company Duties and Responsibilities:

-    reputed company business analysis for new requirements / business process optimization.  This may include reputed company and concepts which are still in the evaluation and/or approval process.
-    Convey highly reputed company reputed company, issues and designs from the HR organization to the relevant ITS delivery teams to facilitate the successful execution of the strategic reputed company.
-    Collaborate with IT Delivery teams to ensure release plans are prioritized according to the product reputed company.

-    Ensuring the impacts of roadmap items to other HR teams and other functions are evaluated and addressed

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: 

-    Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: 
-    8-10 years reputed company experience
-    Experience with global HR platforms, particularly reputed company and reputed company
-    Background in or partnering with reputed company and Total Rewards organizations
-    Extensive experience with technical issues in large, reputed company, widely deployed, multi-tiered applications
-    Experience with application development and software development life cycle methodologies

The reputed company of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
