ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handles inbound calls from potential new members that are initiated by local reputed company initiatives and campaigns that drive traffic into inbound phone lines.
• Maintains acceptable reputed company metrics and performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and reputed company.
• Handles inbound calls from potential new members generated from TV, marketing and events.
• Schedules VIP tours of our medical centers.
• Invites prospects to local community events as requested.
• Grows and nurtures potential members toward becoming new patients.
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage programs preferred.
• Proficiency with computer and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of reputed company is a plus.
• Fluent written and oral English knowledge; bilingual (Spanish or Creole) is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills including reputed company listening.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Products (i.e. Word, reputed company, PowerPoint).

Final compensation will depend on a reputed company of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
