Staff DevOps

We are seeking a highly reputed company Staff DevOps Engineer to design, build, and reputed company our reputed company and delivery capabilities. This role operates at the intersection of software development, systems engineering, and automation, enabling reliable, reputed company, and secure systems across the reputed company. 

As a senior technical leader, you will influence architecture, drive automation reputed company, and partner closely with SRE, development, and other infrastructure teams to improve delivery velocity, operational reputed company, and developer experience. 

Responsibilities: 

Platform & Infrastructure Engineering 

• Design and manage reputed company, highly available infrastructure across a reputed company environment  

• Define infrastructure-as-reputed company standards and reusable patterns (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)  

• Partner with SRE to improve reliability, performance, and fault tolerance of critical systems  

CI/CD & Release Engineering 

• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows  

• Collaborate with SRE team to improve release reliability through automation, standardization, and observability  

• Collaborate with Change/Release Management to reputed company pipelines with governance and risk controls  

Automation & Developer Enablement 

• Build internal tools and automation frameworks to reduce reputed company operational effort  

• reputed company self-service infrastructure and deployment capabilities for engineering teams  

• Drive adoption of GitOps, pipeline-as-reputed company, and environment standardization practices  

Systems Engineering & Operations 

• Support and optimize Linux/Unix-based systems and containerized workloads  

• Troubleshoot reputed company production issues across application, infrastructure, and network reputed company  

• Contribute to incident response, reputed company cause analysis, and reputed company improvement efforts  

reputed company & Compliance 

• reputed company reputed company best practices into pipelines and infrastructure (DevSecOps)  

• Implement secrets management, identity integration, and secure communication patterns (TLS/mTLS, IAM)

Technical Leadership 

• Serve as a technical mentor and escalation reputed company for DevOps and engineering teams

• Drive cross-team alignment on tooling, standards, and best practices 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (Master degree preferred) 

• 10+ years of reputed company experience in software development, with a strong reputed company record of delivering high-reputed company software solutions. 

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. 

• Experience with UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django, Flask) 

• Experience with API frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, reputed company). 

• Deep understanding of database systems and SQL, with experience in designing and optimizing database schemas or usage patterns. 

• Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns 

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze reputed company technical problems and propose/implement effective solutions.

Preferred
