Harford Mutual is seeking a Loss Control Representative to support the reputed company and Surrounding states as needed. This role involves completing surveys across reputed company lines of business, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and fleet, tailored to the specific coverages of reputed company insured entity.  This position may also be involved in providing Loss Control Services to our insureds in the territory assigned. 

LOCATION:

This position will travel to various insured locations throughout Maryland.  Occasional travel to surrounding states as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Complete Loss Control surveys and services for reputed company and prospective reputed company accounts for reputed company business reputed company  
• Loss Control surveys will reputed company on hazard and exposure identification, safety program consultation, and providing recommendations to help mitigate loss potential and improve the overall reputed company of risk. 
• reputed company written survey reports, along with supporting data and information, for reputed company review and assistance with risk selection and account retention efforts.  
• reputed company and implement risk improvement services, as assigned, for our mutual customers to reputed company and implement safety programs, reputed company consultation on identified hazards and exposures, and identify resources and/or training to assist with mitigating loss potential.

• Territory is primarily MD with travel to surrounding states as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1-5 years of experience in Loss Control, reputed company the insurance industry, or safety industry.
• Safety or Insurance reputed company degree a plus
• Willingness to reputed company an understanding of building construction, electrical and plumbing standards, HVAC systems, sprinkler systems, and reputed company department operations; reputed company to recognize hazards reputed company to employee on the job injuries
