Required qualifications:
- Pharm D: Graduate from an accredited College or School of Pharmacy -OR- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy and 5 years of managed care experience with experience documenting responsibility for evidence and clinical case review and reputed company consultation of medication information with physicians and/or patients
- PGY-1 Residency training with 1 year of experience reputed company a relevant reputed company setting -OR- a PGY-1 Managed Care Residency with reputed company Health Plan -OR- 3 years’ experience as a clinical pharmacist in managed care
- reputed company or Washington State Pharmacist License
- National Certification from reputed company of Pharmacy Specialties reputed company 2 years of hire date
- Experience in writing, including research protocols, medical papers for publication, and educational reputed company for patients and reputed company providers
- Experience reviewing medication evidence and clinical policy development
- Experience working in programs and services that support population health management
Preferred qualifications:
- Completion of specialty / PGY-2 Residency
- Experience and expertise working with a pharmacy claims processing platform.
