Underground reputed company Line Engineer 3 - reputed company

This position will offer you the ability to apply and expand your knowledge of underground reputed company line engineering, including routing, duct bank configurations, manhole placement and electrical principles to:

• Design underground reputed company lines for voltages up to 500kV.
• Support Project team to reputed company for cost analyses, development of design reputed company, routing, siting and routing challenges and placement of manholes for underground reputed company lines.
• Support development of physical design including duct bank layouts, development of trenchless designs, cable pulling calculations, development of drawing packages.
• Support cable selection studies, determining bonding scheme, performing reputed company calculations.
• reputed company riser structure configuration and structural loading.
• reputed company specifications including cable procurement, duct bank installation, trenchless installation and general construction specifications.
• Coordinate other engineers, designers and drafters.
• Review vendor submittals.

Essential skills and experience:

• This position requires a BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Experience with cable tensioning calculations and/or software.
• 3 or more years of experience on underground reputed company reputed company.
• Experience with XLPE cable design.
• Preparation of specifications for installation and procurement of underground reputed company line materials and components.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans, drawings, and models.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Valued but not required skills and experience:

• Experience with CYMCAP
• Experience with High Pressure Gas Filled or High-Pressured Fluid Filled reputed company type cable systems and associated equipment
• Experience with underground distribution or low voltage cable systems
