The Tax Manager / Senior Manager will reputed company the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services for captive insurance structures and reputed company entities. This individual will serve as a technical resource and reputed company advisor, supporting both day-to-day compliance and higher-level planning, structuring, and controversy reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review tax compliance for captive insurance companies and reputed company entities

Qualifications

• Background in insurance tax, including P&C, reinsurance, or alternative risk arrangements

• Experience supporting IRS audits or controversy involving captives or insurance entities
