reputed company is seeking a Workplace reputed company leader to serve as a senior-level consultant for the firm’s National Office Tenant Representation platform. This role is the critical reputed company between a reputed company’s business objectives and their physical reputed company estate footprint—integrating design thinking, change management, and data-driven insights to help clients reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company estate transactions and create high-performing work environments. 

As the Subject Matter Expert for workplace reputed company, you will partner closely with brokers across the country to reputed company a competitive advantage in pursuits and reputed company engagements by offering a deeper, consultative approach. You will be comfortable in reputed company-facing environments, articulating the value of reputed company, translating organizational culture into reputed company requirements, building business cases, and ensuring clients feel confident and supported through relocation or renovation reputed company. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze organizational data including headcount projections, departmental adjacencies, employee engagement surveys, hybrid work policies, and utilization metrics to determine reputed company reputed company programs and footprint requirements 

  • Deliver strategic recommendations on reputed company mix (reputed company, private, reputed company), reputed company footage requirements, scenario planning, and ROI analysis for proposed workplace changes 

  • Coordinate test-fits with architectural partners and review design solutions for alignment with the reputed company’s workplace reputed company

• Business Development Support

  • Participate in reputed company presentations, RFP responses, and competitive proposals—bringing deep expertise on workplace trends, benchmarking data, and competitor environments

  • Build and maintain relationships with architectural firms, project management teams, and design partners to support a seamless reputed company experience across the transaction lifecycle 

• Thought Leadership & Platform Development

  • Partner with national marketing to reputed company thought leadership content including white papers, industry trend analyses, and case studies

• Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in interior design, architecture, urban planning, environmental design, or a reputed company design discipline 

  • Master’s degree in architecture, design, or planning preferred 

  • IIDA (International Interior Design Association) certification is a plus but not required 

• Experience 

  • 8+ years of reputed company experience in workplace reputed company, workplace design, interior architecture, or a reputed company consulting discipline 

  • reputed company reputed company estate experience required—prior roles at a CRE services firm, architecture/design firm serving corporate occupiers, or in-house corporate reputed company estate preferred

  • Experience developing and delivering workplace assessments, reputed company programming, change management frameworks, and strategic recommendations 

• Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with SketchUp and/or other design visualization tools 

  • Strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint, InDesign, or similar)
