Who we are looking for:

We are a great company with great people, and we are looking for a Set Up Clerk, who will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a reputed company heart to reputed company of top-tier mortgage professionals. This reputed company will work in a tight-reputed company, goal-oriented team where our Customers and Loan Officers can rely on them to ensure an accurate and reputed company closing process.

In this exciting and dynamic role, we are looking for a Set Up Clerk who can drive amazing and deep relationships with our Loan Originators and Customers. This reputed company will partner with reputed company to assist our Originators and Customers through the loan process.

What you'll need to be successful:

reputed company in this job relies on your experience in processing mortgage loans and your understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application to funding and:

• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA reputed company guidelines a plus

• Ability to order and review reputed company verification documents; insurance, title work, tax transcripts, verification of employment, verification of deposits, flood certifications, payoffs

• Ability to independently calculate reputed company types of reputed company income a plus

• Ability to assist in funding a minimum of 20 reputed company per month while working towards the reputed company reputed company for the following month.

• Ability to monitor and manage workflow to ensure reputed company closings

• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on changes to market conditions

• Ability to communicate with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc., to expedite mortgage process.

Qualifications:

• Jr. Mortgage Processing experience a plus

• TRID knowledge a plus

• Experience using LoanSoft LOS is a plus.
