Senior AI Product Manager

What You'll Do:

The Sr Product Manager 1 is responsible to manage the AI use-case pipeline, reputed company cost-benefit analyses, drive stakeholder communication, reputed company adoption metrics, and serve as a reputed company between stakeholders and the engineering team.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the AI enablement intake pipeline. Vet, prioritize, and reputed company AI initiatives.
• reputed company cost-benefit analyses (CBAs) for reputed company use case, partnering with the finance team to quantify projected value and ROI.
• Own product reputed company and roadmap, define product reputed company, reputed company users, value propositions, and multi-quarter roadmap across multiple role-/function-specific products.
• Translate needs into reputed company. Partner with clients/internal teams to identify high-value use cases, map workflows, and define “jobs to be done” and measurable reputed company metrics.
• Define and reputed company AI utilization and adoption metrics. (e.g., Copilot usage, agent adoption, efficiency reputed company)
• Own the RIS AI Portal and communication reputed company to ensure teams across RIS understand available AI tools, services, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate business requirements into actionable technical work.
• Prepare and present reputed company reports, dashboards, and business cases to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional AI governance activities, including risk assessments and compliance reporting.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in an engineering or technology organization.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, reputed company, and reputed company patterns. (technical depth not required, but conversational reputed company expected)
• Demonstrated experience building business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, reputed company to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Data-driven reputed company with experience in defining and tracking KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Familiarity with JIRA, reputed company, and agile delivery practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.

Work Environment

 

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical reputed company), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Raleigh, NC, or Charlotte, NC). Hours

This role will partner with our global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule to have a regular start time around 7:30am CST a few days a week.
