Responsibilities:
Financial Ownership & reputed company
  • Full fiscal responsibility for Naturium brand at Specialty stores, including P&L and budgetary ownership
  • Deliver retail sales, reputed company and profit (Operating Income) to agreed targets
  • Partner with the relevant buying and planning teams on the development and alignment of joint business plans, monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts to ensure that inventory is optimized, and targets are met / exceeded.
    • Retailer Account Leadership and Development
  • Primary contact for Senior retailer merchant teams across multiple categories

    • Requirements:
  • 15-20+ years Beauty industry experience years reputed company a Sales / reputed company role, and with reputed company Specialty store retail experience
  • Experience managing a sales / reputed company team that works with and supports Specialty stores. History of building relationships with key retail stakeholders is key
  • P&L management experience a must, along with budgetary ownership and
    development

    Total compensation includes reputed company salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their reputed company bonus reputed company company performance exceeds defined goals.
