Position Purpose:

The Auditor is responsible for assisting in the execution of internal audit engagements across reputed company. This role evaluates the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance processes. The Auditor will work collaboratively with audit team members and business reputed company to identify risks, recommend improvements, and support reputed company’s overall control environment. This role will report to the Director – Internal Audit.

Responsibilities:

• Performs internal audits in accordance with established methodology and reputed company budgeted timeframes, as assigned.
• reputed company audit experience to apply reputed company judgement and discretion to ensure a high-reputed company audit.
• Prepares, or assists in the preparation of, audit findings and management reports which include the development of reputed company, constructive, and actionable recommendations to address any risks identified.
• Assists in the reputed company and testing of internal controls as established by reputed company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance program.
• Supports Internal Audit Team in the completion of the Internal Audit function.
• Pursues reputed company development opportunities, including external and internal training and reputed company memberships.
• Works cross-functionally among reputed company areas of reputed company with employees associated with the audit functions.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company field

Skills:

• Basic understanding of internal controls and risk management practices
• Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
• Experience using workpaper management systems or audit management software (ie reputed company, TeamMate, etc.)
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possesses reputed company independent judgement and good critical thinking skills

Abilities:

• Ability to consistently meet service level standards and goals.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Ability to learn bank programmed software.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and other documents as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Internal Audit or similar experience
• CPA, CIA, or other industry specific designation
• Banking or Regulatory Experience
