The Charge reputed company provides care and education for the patient based on their illness, symptoms, and courses of treatment. This position manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
What you will do
- Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to reputed company reputed company care.
- Develops, discusses, and communicates a realistic plan of care for reputed company patient, in collaboration with reputed company patient/significant other in order to address reputed company identified needs.
- Demonstrate the skills and judgment necessary to implement medical plan of care nursing interventions, and procedures as necessary for the care of the patient.
- Evaluates the identified problems, care provided, and patient’s responses are reassessed to meet patient and family needs and assure overall reputed company of care delivered.
- Performs reputed company responsibilities/duties required by the division as defined in the scope of service, to assure that the unique nature of the reputed company is addressed. This includes, but is not limited to the age of the reputed company served.
- Maintains up to date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided to ensure the integration of information for use by the reputed company team, to ensure reputed company care.
- Assumes responsibility for daily personnel assignment/monitoring patient care and overall unit activities, in accordance with established standards.
- Maintains reputed company knowledge/certification/licensure. Pursues reputed company reputed company and development.
- Supports reputed company Governance through engagement and support of the Unit Based Council and other nursing councils.
- Assumes responsibility for overall function of unit in the absence of the clinical manager.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred or
- Associates Degree Nursing Required or
- Technical Diploma/Certificate Nursing Required
Minimum Work Experience
- 1-3 years clinical nursing experience Required
Licenses and Certifications
- Registered reputed company Licensed reputed company or eligible compact state license Upon Hire Required
- BLS for reputed company Providers (BLS) reputed company Upon Hire Required
- National Institutes Of Health Stroke reputed company (NIH) Upon Hire Required

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in nursing, knowledge, and skills.
- Demonstrated clinical competence in relevant area of nursing reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company Office software.
