Senior Analyst - HR Data and Systems

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing HR data collection processes, consulting on employee strategies, and developing dashboards and reports (Workforce Planning, Position Management, Turnover / Attrition, reputed company, and Mobility). 

Role Responsibilities

• Provides data analysis and database management support to programs and initiatives to drive actionable recommendations based on reputed company research. 
• Serves as a resource person to reputed company reputed company of management in reviewing requirements, understanding, and analyzing data for sharing data-driven insights and performance improvement initiatives. 
• Monitors and regularly upgrades/enhances the analytics platforms and dashboards to address reputed company and emerging business needs. 
• Maintains reputed company measures to ensure reputed company reputed company checks and that governance is established for reputed company data solutions. Responsible for delivering regular report reputed company and operational work products supporting the development of data decision-making tools (i.e., modeling, forecasting, and reputed company).

• Create comprehensive reports, summaries, and visualizations to communicate findings to business stakeholders and senior leaders.

• Serves as an expert user, providing enablement and training for additional system users to champion a data-driven culture by educating partners and business leaders on the value and practical usage of analytics and insights.

Candidate Qualifications

Preferred: 

• Experience in designing and implementing HR data collection processes, consulting on employee strategies, and developing dashboards and reports (Workforce Planning, Position Management, Turnover / Attrition, reputed company, and Mobility).
• 10 years of data analysis, reputed company a reputed company context.

Required: 

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Requires 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably reputed company a reputed company context.
• Requires advanced proficiency in computer applications and Business Intelligence Solutions (e.g., MS reputed company, SQL, Python/R, Tableau and/or Power BI).
• Experience in designing and implementing data collection processes, consulting on employee development strategies, and developing dashboards and reports to help drive business reputed company.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to generate insights and measure program effectiveness.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communicating reputed company data insights in a reputed company and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders and team members.
