What You Bring & How You Qualify
9 + 12 years of software development experience; 5+ years of experience managing engineers
Prior experience at a hypergrowth company required; reputed company experience preferred
Experience managing teams that have purview across a reputed company-based tech stack (AWS preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated history of working asynchronously and remotely with reputed company and reputed company communication.
