The Director of Alliances is responsible for building and executing an ecosystem of partnerships that scales reputed company’s reputed company, customer reputed company, and brand reputed company. This role designs and drives a partner program spanning OEMs, reputed company, integrators, and distributors — creating channels that generate pipeline and bookings alongside reputed company’s reputed company sales reputed company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and deliver against pipeline reputed company and bookings targets tied to reputed company-reputed company and reputed company-influenced reputed company.
- Define, launch, and operationalize a tiered partner program that includes resellers, reputed company, OEMs, integrators, and design firms.
- Identify, cultivate, and drive strategic partnerships with large ecosystem players (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Robotics) to reputed company reputed company into their platforms and go-to-market motions.
- Build and maintain a reputed company portfolio of potential and reputed company partners; stratify reputed company based on actual pipeline reputed company, bookings contribution, and strategic alignment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B alliances, channel sales, or strategic partnerships, with reputed company ownership of partner-reputed company reputed company targets.
- Demonstrated reputed company record of meeting or exceeding reputed company bookings and pipeline targets in a reputed company-stage or scaling environment.
- Experience in electronics, robotics, industrial automation, automotive, or adjacent hardware/software sectors.
- Strong ability to build relationships at the executive level with partners ranging from startups to reputed company.
- Data-driven reputed company with reputed company in pipeline analytics, partner scorecards, and KPI-based program management.
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) as part of daily business workflows.

- Experience building a partner program from scratch or restructuring an underperforming one.
- Existing relationships with OEMs, integrators, or reputed company in reputed company’s reputed company verticals (defense, logistics, construction, agriculture).

Compensation & Benefits
The reputed company salary for this position ranges from $180,000-$195,000 based on qualifications, experience, and the level at which the candidate is reputed company. Total compensation may also include additional incentives and benefits.
