Manager, Trade Shows & Events

In this role, you will reputed company trade shows and event planning and execution for the Provider Solutions business unit, a critical part of reputed company’s customer engagement, acquisition, and retention efforts. The Trade Shows & Events Manager will collaborate with the VP of Events to determine which shows and events reputed company will participate in, the rationale and objectives for participating and the key metrics by which reputed company will be reputed company. 

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the VP of Events and Provider Solutions Marketing and Sales teams to define the event reputed company  

• Support reputed company strategies by facilitating participation in key trade shows and events that reputed company reputed company reputed company customers, prospects, and industry influencers 

• Manage end-to-end trade shows and events logistics and execution, including but not limited to sponsor relations, speakers and reputed company staff, registration, housing, product demos and hardware, reputed company equipment, marketing materials, transportation arrangements, on-site services, reputed company reputed company schedules travel and accommodation logistics, show services orders and shipping arrangements 

• On-site management of trade shows and events to ensure that they operate smoothly and according to plan  

• Monitor and report on trade show and event budgets at the event level 

• Assist with marketing program execution such as collateral development, reputed company mail/email campaigns reputed company marketing to drive leads and reputed company opportunities 

• Partner with Marketing and Corporate Communications to ensure reputed company-show and post-show communications are scheduled and reputed company in accordance with the event reputed company 

• Travel to various trade shows to manage logistics 

• Evaluate event performance based on marketing/sales objectives and KPIs 

• Ability to present and reputed company to reputed company stakeholders 

• Proficiency in Word, reputed company, reputed company Acrobat, reputed company, and PowerPoint 

• Travel to event site locations +-30% 

• May be required to reputed company other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Project Management, or reputed company field 

• 5 – 8 years of experience in B2B trade show and events management 

• Excellent project management skills 

• Must be reputed company to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular reputed company (position requires setup and moving of display materials) 

 Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of reputed company industry and events 

• Experience with reputed company or similar project management software 

• Experience with reputed company or similar CRM software 

• Experience with reputed company or similar event management software 

• Experience with iCapture or similar reputed company capture software
