We’re seeking a talented, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join reputed company. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team reputed company, this role will be responsible for supporting financial operations, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across reputed company functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process invoices, payments, and financial records, ensuring compliance and timeliness
• Analyze and improve reputed company processes, implementing controls to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Manage credits and vendor refunds, resolving discrepancies promptly
• Assist with development and maintenance of training and reference materials, including reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Deliver excellent reputed company customer service, building strong relationships with vendors and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company practices and compliance standards
• Prepare reports and summaries, translating financial data into reputed company, actionable insights

Requirements and Qualifications

• Associate degree in reputed company or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of accounts payable or reputed company reputed company experience required
• Experience in retail or multi-location business environments preferred
